西安交通大学第二附属医院肝胆胰与肝移植外科联合西安交通大学公共卫生学院,拟于2026 年7月25日起举办“西交·通全球暑期学校”无界学堂线上专题讲座——“云瞰香江:数智助力的香港预防、医疗、科研概览”。项目特邀来自香港大学、香港中文大学及世界卫生组织的医疗、公共卫生和科研专家,围绕香港医疗卫生系统、传染病防控、国际健康、机器人外科、真实世界临床研究及医疗数据大模型等主题展开授课。课程旨在帮助学员建立医防融合、临床科研与数智技术协同发展的基本认识,拓展跨境交流与国际合作视野,为全球医学生提供跨境学术平台。参加全部课程后可以颁发证书,为学术履历增色,尤其适合保研、考研的同学。

专家团队
蒋安: 医学博士,博士生导师,主任医师,西安交通大学第二附属医院肝胆胰与肝移植外科副主任。国家卫健委健康中国菁英赋能计划(香港)学员。曾在美国匹兹堡大学从事博士后研究,并赴台北荣民总医院访学。长期从事肝胆胃肠肿瘤、肝硬化门脉高压、ERCP及肝移植的临床与科研工作。现任西安医学会外科学分会主委、陕西省器官移植学会委员、陕西省老年医学会常委等。主持国家及省基金项目5项,获专利7项;发表中英文论文40余篇,参编教材专著7部。获2013年省科技进步二等奖,2022年省高校科技成果一等奖。
罗小琴:西安交通大学公共卫生学院营养与食品安全系副主任、教授、博士生导师,仲英青年学者,国家食育讲师团成员。国家卫健委健康中国菁英赋能计划(香港)学员。主要从事营养与慢性代谢性疾病防治、生命早期营养及肿瘤营养研究。主持国家级项目3项、省部级项目7项,以第一作者或通信作者发表学术论文60余篇;主编《12周癌症康复管理:营养·运动·心理》,并参与多部教材和专著编写。现任中国抗癌协会肿瘤营养分会副秘书长、陕西省营养学会常务副秘书长兼肿瘤营养分会主任委员等职。
特邀专家
林温迪:香港大学公共卫生学院行为科学分部主任、副教授。她同时担任公共卫生硕士项目学术主任,亦是香港大学赛马会癌症关爱研究所(JCICC)创所所长。林教授曾任国际心理肿瘤学会(IPOS)主席,是首位执掌该学会的亚洲学者。
林光汶教授:2022年至2023年担任香港大学公共卫生学院院长。她曾于2013年至2018年担任世界卫生组织西太平洋区域办事处卫生体系司司长,领导全民健康覆盖、可持续发展目标、抗菌素耐药性、老龄化和基于性别的暴力等领域。
张丹图教授:香港大学李嘉诚医学院外科学系临床教授并具香港大学医学院院士、爱丁堡大学医学院院士等多项外科资格;系香港大学玛丽医院肝胆胰外科及肝移植分部联席主管(Co-Chief)。在肝、胆、胰肿瘤与微创肝切除领域发表大量论文,并获多项国际奖项与学会职务。
何永基教授:港大李嘉诚医学院助理院长(创新及技术转移),生物医学学院副教授,及全景组学科学中心(CPOS)生物信息学核心学术负责人。何教授专注于生物医学、人工智能及健康数据分析领域,致力转化应用科研成果。
李雪教授:香港大学医学院临床医学学院内科学系、药理及药剂学系助理教授。李教授在药物流行病学、药物经济学、卫生服务和卫生政策研究领域发表200多篇研究文章,其中包括Lancet、JAMA、BMJ等顶级专业期刊的子刊。
张清鹏教授:香港大学同心基金数据科学研究院和港大药理及药剂学系副教授。他的主要研究领域是开发知识增强型预测决策分析方法,为药物发现、精准医疗和公共卫生分析高维度的生物、临床和行为数据。
张嘉盛教授:香港大学医学系的临床副教授。玛丽医院的荣誉副顾问。主要研究领域包括胃肠道和肝胆胰肿瘤、肠道菌群、粪便菌群移植、胃肠道出血、炎症性肠病和肝病。2025年Clarivate Analytics引用率排名前1%的学者。自2016年以来,他发表了超过172篇国际同行评审期刊文章(h指数为42,累计引用超过8200篇)。

2026 Xi’an Jiaotong Global Summer School
Hong Kong from the Cloud: Registration Notice for the Lecture Series on Prevention, Healthcare,
and Research Empowered by Digital Intelligence
In the summer of 2026, the Department of Hepatobiliary, Pancreatic and Liver Transplantation Surgery of the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University, together with the Department of Nutrition and Food Safety of Xi’an Jiaotong University, will launch an online lecture series under the 2026 Xi’an Jiaotong Global Summer School “Boundless Classroom” program from July 25, 2026. Entitled “Hong Kong from the Cloud: An Overview of Prevention, Healthcare, and Research Empowered by Digital Intelligence,” the program brings together experts in medicine, public health, and research from the University of Hong Kong, the Chinese University of Hong Kong, and the World Health Organization (WHO). The lectures will cover Hong Kong’s healthcare system, infectious disease prevention and control, global health, robotic surgery, real-world clinical research, and large models for healthcare data. The program aims to help participants develop a basic understanding of the coordinated development of integrated healthcare and prevention, clinical research, and digital-intelligence technologies; broaden their perspectives on cross-border exchange and international collaboration; and provide medical students worldwide with a cross-border academic platform. Participants who complete all sessions will receive a certificate, which may strengthen their academic portfolio and is particularly valuable for students preparing for postgraduate recommendation or entrance examinations.

Program Faculty:
Professor An Jiang: MD, doctoral supervisor, chief physician, and Deputy Director of the Department of Hepatobiliary, Pancreatic and Liver Transplantation Surgery at the Second Affiliated Hospital of Xi’an Jiaotong University. Young Leader for Healthy China of National Capacity Building Programme from NHC. His long-term clinical and research interests include hepatobiliary and gastrointestinal tumors, portal hypertension associated with cirrhosis, ERCP, and liver transplantation. He serves as Chair of the Surgery Branch of the Xi’an Medical Association, a member of the Shaanxi Society of Organ Transplantation, and a standing committee member of the Shaanxi Geriatrics Society, among other appointments. He has led five national and provincial research projects, obtained seven patents, published more than 40 papers in Chinese and English, and contributed to seven textbooks and monographs. He received the Second Prize of the Shaanxi Provincial Science and Technology Progress Award in 2013 and the First Prize of the Shaanxi Provincial University Science and Technology Achievement Award in 2022.
Professor Xiaoqin Luo: Deputy Director of the Department of Nutrition and Food Safety at Xi’an Jiaotong University, professor, doctoral supervisor. Young Leader for Healthy China of National Capacity Building Programme from NHC. Zhongying Young Scholar, and member of the National Food Education Lecturer Group. Her research focuses on nutrition and the prevention and management of chronic metabolic diseases, early-life nutrition, and oncology nutrition. She has led three national and seven provincial or ministerial projects and has published more than 50 papers as first or corresponding author. She is the chief editor of 12-Week Cancer Rehabilitation Management: Nutrition, Exercise, and Psychology and has contributed to multiple textbooks and monographs. She currently serves as Deputy Secretary-General of the Cancer Nutrition Committee of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association and Executive Deputy Secretary-General of the Shaanxi Nutrition Society, as well as Chair of its Cancer Nutrition Committee.
Invited Experts:
Wendy Lam:Associate Professor and Head of the Division of Behavioural Sciences at the School of Public Health, The University of Hong Kong. She serves as the Academic Director of the Master of Public Health Program and is the Founding Director of the HKU Jockey Club Institute of Cancer Care (JCICC). She is the Past President of the International Psycho-oncology Society (IPOS), becoming the first Asian to lead the organization.
Vivian Lin: Served as Director of the School of Public Health at the University of Hong Kong from 2022 to 2023. Previously, from 2013 to 2018, she was Director of the Division of Health Systems at the World Health Organization Regional Office for the Western Pacific, where she led work on universal health coverage, the Sustainable Development Goals, antimicrobial resistance, ageing, and gender-based violence.
Tan To Cheung: Clinical Professor in the Department of Surgery at the Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, the University of Hong Kong. He is a Fellow of the Faculty of Medicine of the University of Hong Kong and the Royal College of Surgeons of Edinburgh, among other professional surgical qualifications. Professor Cheung also serves as Co-Chief of the Division of Hepatobiliary and Pancreatic Surgery and Liver Transplantation at Queen Mary Hospital. He has published extensively in the fields of liver, biliary, and pancreatic malignancies and minimally invasive hepatectomy, and has received numerous international awards and held leadership positions in professional surgical societies.
Joshua Ho:Assistant Dean (Innovation and Technology Transfer) of the Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, the University of Hong Kong, Associate Professor of the School of Biomedical Sciences, and Core Academic Head of Bioinformatics at the Centre for Panoramic Omics Science (CPOS). Professor He focuses on the fields of biomedicine, artificial intelligence and health data analysis, and is committed to transforming and applying scientific research achievements.
Xue Li: Assistant Professor in the Department of Medicine, School of Clinical Medicine, and the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy, Li Ka Shing Faculty of Medicine, the University of Hong Kong. Professor Li has published more than 200 research articles in the fields of pharmacoepidemiology, pharmacoeconomics, health services research, and health policy, including publications in specialty journals of leading medical journals such as The Lancet, JAMA, and The BMJ.
Qingpeng Zhang: Associate Professor at the Institute of Data Science, The Tung Foundation, and the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy at the University of Hong Kong. His primary research focuses on developing knowledge-enhanced predictive decision analytics to analyze high-dimensional biological, clinical, and behavioral data for drug discovery, precision medicine, and public health.
Cheung Ka-shing:Associate Professor in the Department of Medicine at the University of Hong Kong, and an Honorary Associate Consultant at Queen Mary Hospital. Professor Cheung's research interests include gastrointestinal and hepato-bilio-pancreatic oncology, gut microbiota, faecal microbiota transplantation, gastrointestinal bleeding, inflammatory bowel disease, and liver diseases. He was recognised as a top 1% cited researcher by Clarivate Analytics in 2025. Since 2016, he has published over 172 international peer-reviewed journal articles, with an h‑index of 42 and over 8,200 cumulative citations.
